995b Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

1. General Terms

995b (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services offered by the Platform, which is accessible via website and mobile application.

3. Age & Eligibility

995b's services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 995b may request proof of identity at any time to verify a user's age.

If it is established that an account has been or is being used by a minor, all transactions on that account will be voided and any funds held will not be returned under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits on 995b can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are not permitted.

Payment Processing

Deposits are usually credited instantly. In case of a delay, your balance should be updated within 30 minutes. If it takes longer, please contact support.

5. Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed on your account before withdrawing winnings. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT)
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳50,000 (Fifty Thousand BDT)
• Maximum Weekly Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Two Lakh BDT)

Processing Time

• BKash/Nagad/Rocket: 5 to 15 minutes
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 2 business days

Reasons for Withdrawal Cancellation

Withdrawals may be held or cancelled for any of the following reasons:

• If KYC verification is incomplete
• If wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met
• While an investigation is ongoing on the account
• Use of a third-party payment method

6. Bonuses & Promotions

995b regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming. General bonus terms are outlined below.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wager of 20x the bonus amount is required. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

General Bonus Terms

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting due to technical delays.
• If incorrect odds are displayed, bets will be settled at the corrected odds.

Casino Games

• All casino games operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by 995b or any third party.
• Incomplete game rounds caused by technical errors will be considered void.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 995b platform. Violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting its wagering requirements.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods or credit cards.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing or operating another person's account.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

995b may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Upon detection of suspicious financial activity
• Found to be a minor
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)

You can request account closure at any time by emailing support@995b.biz. Please withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed.
